Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience
Skill Sets: Should be well versed with telemarketing
Educational Qualification: B.A/B.COM/Any relevant degree/Diploma

Customer Support Lead (2 No) (Grade 8)
Experience: 3-5 Years of relevant Call Center experience

Skills & Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Strong interpersonal and team skills
  3. Meeting the technical and customer support division objectives
  4. Mentor the team and guide them from time to time
  5. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  6. Keep the team motivated and disciplined

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with knowledge of Computers

BPO Manager (1 No) (Grade 9)
Experience: 7-10 Years of relevant IT or BPO experience

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA with knowledge of Computers

Skills & Responsibilities:

  1. People management and leadership skills
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Client dealing skills
  5. Continuously assesses and improve processes
  6. Flexibility to work in night shift
  7. Responsible for BPO business development activities
